DBE Systems, a leading technology integrator, today announced the appointment of Rudy De La Uz as their new Director of Strategic Accounts focused on expanding the company's presence throughout the New Jersey and New York region.

The newly created position and De La Uz’s experience will strengthen DBE Systems' ability to deliver comprehensive, design-to-build technology solutions while enhancing client engagement across the market. This strategic hire brings deep industry expertise spanning field operations, systems commissioning, programming, and sales leadership, a combination that positions the DBE Systems team to better serve clients through all phases of technology integration projects.

De La Uz brings more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual and technology integration industry, progressing from technical field roles through commissioning and programming positions before transitioning into sales leadership. Most recently serving as a Regional Sales Leader managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, he has demonstrated consistent success in both individual contribution and team leadership.
