Acrisure relocated from 14,000 SF to 20,000 SF to support growth and attract talent with modern workplace concepts. The dancker furniture team partnered with DBE Systems to advocate for the client and revise the building architect's plans to better meet their needs.

Key improvements included increasing private offices from 19 to 30, reconfiguring spaces for better workflow, and implementing workplace standards that prioritized collaboration areas like huddle rooms and a "Limitless Café." The integrated team coordinated all furniture, technology, and infrastructure elements to deliver the project on time and within budget in just 80 days over the winter holidays, achieving 100% client satisfaction.
