Through showroom tours, expert briefings, and a pilot environment, employees tested and provided feedback on a range of lounge, meeting, focus, and touchdown solutions. These insights directly informed a final design that replaced private offices with diverse work settings and collaborative environments across multiple floors and locations—enabled by integrated furniture, technology, and asset management solutions. The result positioned dancker and its partners as trusted advisors in the client’s broader transformation strategy.
