Working with ZDS Architecture, Cushman & Wakefield and The National Association of REALTORS®, our team provided a unique sound scaping solution.
As part of a renovation project of a 13-floor stairwell, Red Swan, an artist commissioned for murals, conceived and implemented a nature walk theme that would encourage people to take the stairs. From the ground floor up, one would experience nature images and coordinated sounds as they moved between floors.
We provided integrated audio solutions that added nature sounds aligned with the murals and changed as moved through stairwell. This innovation solution contributed to three of the eight classifications required for WELL Certification.
