To elevate a rooftop amenity and conference space into a shared destination for tenants, DBE Systems delivered a fully integrated technology solution that enables both high-impact events and everyday collaboration.

The design-build approach incorporated a seamless indoor/outdoor AV ecosystem—integrating audio, video, and digital signage to support presentations, entertainment, and building-wide communications. This connected platform extends beyond the rooftop, enabling scalable signage, wayfinding, and content distribution across multiple spaces.

At the center of the experience, a large-format outdoor DVLED video wall provides a dynamic canvas for donor recognition and event content, while also serving as a connected digital touchpoint for real-time information and engagement.
